Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a mix of experiences. The rooms were clean and warm, but there were concerning safety issues and unwelcome activities observed late at night. Service varied greatly, with some staff members being very helpful while others were extremely rude.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the rooms were a good size with normal amenities, but unfortunately, there were some safety concerns with undesired individuals around. The presence of scary people asking about drugs and a lack of basic room necessities like towels and shower curtain were major drawbacks. Additionally, issues with broken appliances and cleanliness were prevalent throughout the stay.
My stay at the hotel was really disappointing. The rooms smelt like smoke, were not clean, and the furniture was in poor condition. We had to change rooms twice, only to end up with two more dirty rooms, but we had no choice because it was late. The hotel seemed to have drug activity, which was very unsafe. One man even followed my friend to her room and stood by her door. The smoke detector had no batteries, leading it to beep all night. The maintenance was badly needed, and it felt like they were hosting unsafe people, which made us feel that the kids could be in danger if staying there.
